Terms and conditions

Passes
A pass admits one person for the days it covers. Passes are exchanged for a badge at Registration; the badge must be worn and visible at all times and is not transferable once issued. Lost badges are replaced only at the discretion of Registration and may carry a fee.
Refunds and changes
Passes are non-refundable. Day passes may be swapped for other days and any pass may be upgraded, with the difference paid, through the link in the confirmation email. If a guest cancels, pre-purchased autographs and photo ops for that guest are refunded in full; passes are not.
Guests and schedule
Guests appear subject to their professional commitments and the schedule may change at any time. The app and this site carry the current version.
Conduct
Attendance is subject to the Code of Conduct. A badge may be revoked without refund for a breach.
Photography
By attending, you consent to appear in photographs and recordings made by Comicpalooza and its partners for coverage and promotion of the event.
Liability
You attend at your own risk. Comicpalooza, its organizers, the venue and their partners are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property except where the law says otherwise.
