Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and what happens to it. Placeholder text for the pitch: the client's counsel supplies the final policy.
What we collect
When you sign up for the newsletter, submit a form, or turn on notifications in the app, we store what you gave us (an email address, a name, a phone number, the contents of your message) and when you gave it. The site's analytics are aggregate and cookieless: pages, countries, devices and referrers, never an individual.
Passes and purchases
Passes, autographs and photo ops are sold by our ticketing partner on their own site under their own policy. We receive what we need to honor your purchase at the door and nothing more.
The app
The companion app stores your saved schedule on your device. Turning on notifications creates a push subscription that only this site can send to; turning them off deletes it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the providers that deliver our email, host the site and process passes, each under contract to use it only for that.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. Write to info@comicpalooza.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Children
The site and the app are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Kidtopia registrations are made by an adult.
